Kennedy Meadows Campground

Located on the Pacific Crest Trail near the South Fork of the Kern River, Kennedy Meadows campground is surrounded by the South Sierra, Golden Trout, and Domeland wildernesses. Some of the 37 sites are shaded by juniper and pinion. Maximum vehicle length is 30ft.

This remote area has no cell phone service. Do not rely on navigation or communication based on cellular service. Use a map.

The campground does not have water, restrooms or trash service. Please come prepared to properly dispose of your waste and pack out your trash. Water from creeks, lakes and springs should be treated before drinking.

No Reservations : All campsites at Kennedy Meadows Campground are first-come, first-served.

From US 395, north of Ridgecrest, CA, exit highway 395 near Pearsonville and travel west on Nine Mile Canyon Rd (paved road) to Kennedy Meadows.
